If slice quality drops
Uneven thickness, torn slices or product sticking can signal blade wear or a wrong setting. First check the blade edge and blade adjustment.
Cleaning
Food residue builds up in the blade bed and guides. For hygiene and mechanical life, cleaning must follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Periodic service
Bearings, belts, sensors and safety equipment should be inspected periodically. Planned maintenance is always cheaper than unplanned downtime.
